B&M Conveyancing is a Land Use Victoria SPEAR subscriber and can assist you with your proposed subdivision from initial discussions, referrals and advice through to registration of the plan of subdivision.
In general, to subdivide land you’ll need the services of surveyors and potentially town planners and engineers. Depending on the size of the development, it’s location and complexity, most subdivisions take more than a year to complete and in some cases the process may take years.
We’ll work with the other professionals on your team to help you through the process, providing guidance when needed until your titles have been registered, and we work in conjunction with our parent legal firm whenever needed.
